Realaxed prides itself on the durability and quality of our products. We stand by our consumers and will replace any damaged, faulty, or broken products that malfunctions within six months of purchase. The damage must occur during normal operation and will not cover damages caused by incorrect use, not following instructions, or neglecting proper care of product (ex. storing wet) . a photo(s) and description will be required describing what happened to cause the product to become defective.
